Strange attractions
15 Winter 549 (26 January 2003)
- Not to much to report this time! Always visiting the
same hunting spots - like the circuit on Melabrions Isle.
We found a lot of Sasquatches again and Makhno commented
something seemingly funny, which I did not get. I am lucky
to be a fighter and have not to care about knowing stuff 8)
Next we had a quick peek into the snowy glades where
Tornade had to follow some urge to jump into a lava pool.
No wonder some think of male fens being psychopaths. *chuckle*
 
Observed on various isles...8) |
- We had a skeleton invasion in town! Almost nobody
noticed it, but our newer exiles had some fierce action. I
wonder why the skels attacked - some dogs picked at their
bones? Well, right after that event I went with Aradia to
look for ore in the trool mines. Once there we could witness
as a swarm of orcs poured literally out of the cave!
Yikes! (And, we found no ore, of course 8)

- Some days later I came to help at the orga camp.
A small group gathered then to peek into snaggle wood. We
did not find much - only a bunch of zerks I lost count on! 8)
We risked a glance into hatred hollow and decided to go home
quickly....

- Well - this is almost a bit embarrassing - a
really strong group formed to hunt the valley. All was ready
to go as we noticed a problem. We had no pathfinder! Dooh...
how could that happen? Seeing that Frucy just awoke from the
lib I asked her if she could help out... *blush* Thanks for
coming Frucy!

- Our hunt was very successful! I never saw it working
that flawlessly. At one stage we were confronted with eleven
sasquatches at a time! It took a while but the expert team
handled that very well. I could add some occasional skin,
which made me feel not completely useless. 8)
We found also a lot of ugly big blue noids, which I never seen
before in the valley. Well, at the end of our hunt we had
one fierce final battle with several cave cobras, which
miraculously avoided me *chuckle* 8)
